1. Brand New WooCommerce Tips
WooCommerce: Separate Login and Registration Pages
[Fully revised] As you know, the WooCommerce My Account page has both Login and Registration forms when registration is enabled. My solution provides two new shortcodes, one for the login form and one for the register form. ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Hide “Shipping to…” Address @ Cart
Even when the “shipping calculator” is disabled on the WooCommerce Cart page, a “Shipping to…” string will appear in the cart totals if an address has been previously entered or if geolocation is enabled. Let’s hide it! ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Rename Downloads Table Column Title @ My Account
The WooCommerce My Account > Downloads endpoint features a table which lists the available downloads. This table has 4 default columns: Product, Downloads remaining, Expires, Download. Now, it’s very likely you may want to rename these headings into something more readable or understandable. ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer

2. David’s WooCommerce Highlights
Here are a few notes written by David of PeachPay, WooWeekly co-author.
WooCommerce vs Shopify Speedrun
MasterWP’s Rob Howard set a challenge for himself to build a WooCommerce store that “[made] it basically like Shopify.” Howard used Stripe and PayPal for payments, Printful for adding products, and CheckoutWC for checkout. His final verdict? WooCommerce is still too hard for the layperson. You can check out the store here.
Bluehost Commerce Solution
The hosting giant, part of the Newfold conglomerate, has combined YITH, WooCommerce, and WordPress into the Bluehost Online Store, a curated WooCommerce store builder. We can expect Yoast to fit into that stack too. Furthermore, Bluehost launched a block-enabled WordPress theme called “Wonder” in tandem.
This is no big surprise given GoDaddy’s recent rollout of its own curated commerce solution, itself a combination of sundry acquisitions: SkyVerge, Poynt, and Pagely. The big difference between these two solutions is that GoDaddy is catering toward high-volume stores, whereas Bluehost is catering toward low-volume ones. Both hosts are drawing on their strengths here, with GoDaddy being bolstered by an enterprise hosting solution in Pagely and Bluehost enjoying enormous market coverage through YITH.
3. ICYMI: WooCommerce Articles
WooCommerce: Hide Specific Orders (e.g. On Hold) From My Account Orders Page
It may happen that you, as a WooCommerce store manager, need to hide certain orders, for example the “on-hold” ones, or all orders with a custom order status. Thankfully, this is very easy with a few lines of PHP. ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Add a New Country For Billing/Shipping
In this edge case study, we’ll basically take a look at how to add a custom country, how to make sure this custom country shows at checkout as a possible option (and in the shipping zones admin section), and also how to assign to it a custom list of states. You never know! ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Search By Custom Field
The default WooCommerce frontend product search returns results based on whether the search term is present in the product title, SKU, short and long description. But what if you also want to search inside a custom field? ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Populate Checkout Fields From URL
On top of adding products to cart via URL and redirect to checkout, there is a way to also fill out the Checkout page input fields within the same link. This could be super handy when you know the billing/shipping details of a registered or guest customer and want to speed up the order process. ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
WooCommerce: Rename “Completed” Order Status
Now, wouldn’t it be cool if we could rename the “completed” order status label to something else? This would make everyone’s life easier. Well, thankfully with a few lines of code this is definitely possible… enjoy! ~ Rodolfo Melogli, Business Bloomer
