I almost abandoned an Amazon Prime checkout worth €300 €250
On Prime day last week I got “caught” by Amazon Prime FOMO and decided to buy a few things. Once I got to Amazon checkout page, the total was back to full price – Amazon checkout was not recognizing Prime discounts. TL;DR: if Amazon was almost going to lose my €250, I’m pretty sure they lost millions because of this. Is there anything you can do on your WooCommerce Cart+Checkout flow to make sure you don’t put people off?
Your WooCommerce website is not perfect
As the only shop manager / website developer of my WooCommerce website/s, I often underestimate user experience and bug fixing. Take a look at your WooCommerce stats and try to identify your weaknesses. TL;DR: never give for granted your website is perfect and works at its full potential.
